Barceló’s Dark Mojito
50 ml Barceló Añejo
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Sugar Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
Put in mint in a glass, add lemon juice and sugar syrup. Fill glass with ice cubes or crushed ice; Add Barceló Añejo, crush gently with spoon to mix ingredients, add a splash of club soda, decorate with a stalk of fresh mint.
The Visitors Center has been open to the general public since the beginning of 2012,
